ChartSense ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ChartSense (the "App").

#### a) Information You Provide

- We do **not** require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

#### b) Automatically Collected Information

When you use ChartSense, we may collect:

- **Usage Data**: Information about how you interact with the app (e.g., features used, time spent, charts viewed, buttons tapped, and screens visited).

- **Session Recordings**: Anonymized recordings of in-app interactions (taps and navigation) that help us see where users experience friction and improve the app. These do not capture any personal, financial, or payment information.

- **Device Information**: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and IP address.

- **Crash and Diagnostics Data**: Information to help us improve the app if it crashes or encounters errors (via Apple's analytics or third-party services).

#### c) Analytics & Third-Party Tools

We use third-party analytics tools to understand how users interact with ChartSense, including:

- **PostHog** – for product analytics and anonymized session replay, which helps us understand app usage and improve the experience.

- **Firebase** (Google) – for push notifications and app services.

These tools collect anonymized data using a randomly generated identifier and do **not** identify individual users. Analytics data may be processed and stored on these providers' servers, including in the United States.

### 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

- Provide, maintain, and improve the App

- Understand how users use ChartSense and which features are most popular

- Fix bugs and improve performance

- Develop new features

### 3. Data We Do NOT Collect

ChartSense does **not** collect:

- Your name, email, or any contact information

- Precise location data

- Financial or payment information

- Health or fitness data

- Photos, contacts, or any other personal files

### 4. Sharing Your Information

We do **not** sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We share anonymized or aggregated usage and session data with our analytics providers (such as PostHog and Firebase) solely to operate and improve the App. We do **not** share your data with advertisers or use it for cross-app tracking.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

### 6. App Store Privacy Labels (Apple)

ChartSense does **not** collect data linked to your identity.

Data collected (Usage Data, Diagnostics) is **not** linked to you, is **not** used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and is used only for analytics and improving the app.

### 7. Children's Privacy

ChartSense is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
