ChartSense is an educational tool that uses artificial intelligence to help users recognize chart patterns, candlestick formations, and technical analysis concepts displayed on price charts. It is designed solely for learning and practice purposes.

3. Educational Purpose Only  

The App provides general information about historical chart patterns and technical analysis concepts. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

4. No Investment Advice  

You acknowledge that ChartSense does not provide recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Any decisions you make based on charts or patterns you study are entirely your own responsibility. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using the App.

5. User Responsibility  

You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the information presented in the App. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

6. Accuracy & Completeness  

While we strive to keep the App’s pattern recognition accurate, we do not warrant that the results will always be correct or complete. Markets change rapidly, and past chart patterns are not indicative of future behavior.

7. Prohibited Activities  

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or distribute its content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property  

The App and all its content (including design, code, and pattern descriptions) are owned by ChartSense and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartSense and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Subscriptions & Payments  

Certain premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings at any time.

11. Changes to the App or Terms  

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice.
